As soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package from dispatch all the way to your door.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@simply-bags.com and we will investigate immediately.


8. LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any secure locations around your property. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@simply-bags.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
