Delivery within the United States typically takes 7–14 working days depending on your location. Order processing time is 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. We offer free shipping on all US orders. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, natural events, or peak-season congestion. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details where available.


4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We stand behind every product we sell. You may return items within 100 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging and tags. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. 5. EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly sent: items returned in used, worn, or damaged condition not caused by a manufacturing defect, and items returned without original packaging or tags.


6. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@simply-bags.com. You are entitled to a replacement, store credit, or full refund for any item that arrives faulty or materially different from its description.
